We will consider nominations of an individual or team in each of the InsideNGO Practitioner Areas:
- Finance
- Grants & Contracts
- HR
- IT
- Legal
- Cross Operations - individuals or team who represent multiple operational areas
For significant contributions in serving their organization, resulting in:
- Strengthened internal operations of their department or team
- Organization-wide impact through new programs, processes, or change initiatives
- Increased impact through partnering operational teams or with program teams
- Innovative solutions through the collaborative efforts of a global operational team
Emerging Leader Award
Recognizing one young professional or emerging leader at an InsideNGO member organization who exemplifies the value of operational excellence, characterized by:
- High degree of professionalism, proficiency, and initiative
- Demonstrating leadership in new projects and responsibilities
- Mastery of new technical skills, serving as a resource to support others
- Exercising a collaborative approach that builds team capacity
- Fostering a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation
How to Submit Your Nominations:
Complete our online Nomination Form by 11:59 pm EST on June 15, 2012.
Nominations may be for individuals or teams, and will be reviewed by a Selection Committee of InsideNGO staff and members.
InsideNGO will recognize winners and nominees during the 2012 Annual Conference and online.
