Local National Salary and Benefits information – LiNGO Survey
In 2008, InsideNGO joined the Birches Group. ORC, and People in Aid in an initiative to provide international NGOs with local staff compensation and short-term incentives and benefits information.
The “LiNGO” surveys run on a schedule dictated by interest in a country location. To find out more about the LiNGO Survey and how you can participate, visit the website www.lingosurvey.com. You will find samples, a list of participants, the countries offered in the survey, and instructions on how to participate.
