Local National Salary and Benefits information – NGO Local Pay
We know it is difficult to find reliable, NGO sector specific compensation and benefit data. In 2008, InsideNGO partnered with several leaders in the international compensation and benefits industry to bring local, on-demand salary surveys to the NGO community. Now spearheaded by the Birches Group, NGO Local Pay, is jointly supported by InsideNGO and People in Aid.
In 2011, 50 country surveys were conducted with over 175 organizations participating in one or more surveys. In 2012, over 75 local salary surveys are planned. Surveys will no longer be conducted on-demand but rather will follow a scheduled launch. To find out what countries and dates of launch see the 2012 calendar.
