Ross joined LINGOs in July 2014 as a senior facilitator. In late 2015, he moved into his current role and is now responsible for overseeing and growing the LINGOs members and associated benefits as well as any member collaboration initiatives. Before working at LINGOs, Ross was a LINGOs member working for Islamic Relief as head of learning and development. His first training job was in rural Nepal helping communities with issues around environmental protection. Ross also spent four years training in the corporate sector; he has never wanted to go back.
Ross has a degree in Geology and Environmental Studies – the only use he finds for this now is to fascinate (read: bore) his wife with interesting facts on countryside walks.
