Q + A

If you could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of your life, which would it be and why?

Tokyo Taro – Japanese restaurant in Madrid. I ate there when I was a kid many weekends with my family. The staff remained the same for all those years and would always greet us warmly. We’d have a regular table and always enjoyed the food.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Or dessert in general?

Italian dark chocolate and yogurt ice cream on a cone. Two scoops.
