Rudi has more than 15 years’ experience working in financial management and audit of NGOs.
Following a successful commercial career as a systems analyst with Andersen Consulting and audit manager in audit and transaction services with PwC, he joined ActionAid in 2002 working as head of finance. In 2005, he was appointed finance director and company secretary of ActionAid in the UK.
He has worked as an associate consultant with Humentum, then Mango, since March 2012 and recently joined Humentum as consultancy and projects manager, where he is responsible for developing Mango’s pipeline of consultancy projects. This involves managing the project delivery of a variety of assignments for different clients through a team of staff and associates, ensuring the quality of project implementation and capturing, and disseminating learning following each assignment.
Rudi majored in Economics at Warwick University and later qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA). He is currently based in Madrid, Spain, where he originally grew up, with his wife and two children. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, and German and has working knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.
